JUDGMENT

1. The present misc. petition has been filed Under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the FIR No.533/2020, registered at Police Station Bhinmal District Jalore for offences 143, 452, 336, 323 & 354 of IPC.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier the petitioners filed a petition before this Court and the same was decided on 03.03.2021 with the direction to the petitioners to file a representation before the concerned authority, who shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioners. Counsel submits that in compliance of the aforesaid directions, the petitioners appeared before the Investigating Officer and file are presentation. But the representation has not been considered and decided in a right perspective. In such circumstances, the petitioners have filed the present petition for quashing of the impugned FIR. Therefore, it is prayed that the FIR No.533/2020 and consequential criminal proceedings may be quashed.

3. Per contra, Public Prosecutor has submitted that the representation of the petitioners was considered thoroughly by the Investigating Officer. Therefore, this stage the FIR is not liable to be quashed.

4. I have considered the rival argument
