JUDGMENT
Sandeep Mehta, J. - The petitioners have approached this Court by way of this misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.91/2014 registered at Police Station Sardul Shahar, District Sriganganagar.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the Investigating Officer's factual report, as per which, the investigation was concluded and a negative final report was submitted in the Court concerned way back in the year 2014 and which was accepted on 08.04.2015.
3. In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration of this court in this miscellaneous petition, which is dismissed as infructuous. Stay application is also disposed of.
