JUDGMENT

Sandeep Mehta, J. - By way of this misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner herein seeks a direction for fair and impartial investigation of the FIR No.403/2020, registered at Police Station Bhinmal, Jalore.

2. Conducting expedient investigation of any case is the duty bound obligation of the police officers. Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record the factual report dated 24.03.2021 as per which, investigation was conducted and the case was found to be false and a negative final report has been chalked out. The matter is now pending for verification thereof. Thus, the IO is directed to verify the earlier investigation at the earliest and file result of the investigation in the court concerned within a period of thirty days from the date of copy of receipt of this Court.

3. With above observations, the misc. petition as well as the stay application are disposed of.
