JUDGMENT
Satish Kumar Sharma, J. - This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for direction to the respondents to investigate the matter in fair and impartial manner of FIR No. 666/2020 registered at Police Station Mansarowar, Jaipur City South for the offences under Sections 143, 323, 452, 382 & 511 IPC.
2. Heard learned counsel for both the sides and perused the material made available on record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR in this matter was lodged on 30.10.2020 but despite repeated requests/ representations, till date no effective steps have been taken under the influence of accused persons. Investigation in this matter is not being conducted in fair and impartial manner, therefore, appropriate directions should be issued to ensure fair and effective investigation in a time bound manner.
