JUDGMENT
1. The petitioner vied for the post of Constable GD (General Duty) pursuant to advertisement dated 21.07.2018, issued by Staff Selection Commission.
2. The petitioner having cleared written and physical test, was examined by the Medical Board on 31.01.2020 and was declared unfit due to (i) Eye Squint (ii) X-ray Chest PA View -Fibro calcified lesion seen in left upper, mid zone possibility of old Koch's; whereafter petitioner applied for review medical examination and vide its report dated 14.10.2020, he was declared unfit, this time on account of 'squint'.
3. Petitioner approached this Court with an assertion that there is no problem in his eyes and in support thereof, he has submitted a certificate dated 31.01.2021, issued by Doctor of Gangapur City.
4. Upon considering the material on record and having regard to the circumstances in which order dated 25.01.2021 was passed in case of Vikas Singh Vs. Union of India & Ors. (SBCWP No.10612/2020), this Court passed following interim order dated 10.02.2021 :-
