JUDGMENT
Dinesh Mehta, J. - By way of the present writ petition, the petitioners have sought a direction to the respondents to postpone the examinations scheduled on 18.2.2021.
2. Ms. Bhati, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners invited Court's attention towards various notifications and press releases issued by the respondent-Commission and highlighted that examination for the post of Assistant Forest Conservator and Ranger Grade-I in furtherance of advertisement dated 4.4.2018 have been postponed on many occasions.
3. Learned counsel submitted that the respondent-Commission itself has postponed examinations at least on 7-8 occasions.
4. She submitted that now the exams are being convened between 18.2.2021 and 26.2.2021; when the exams of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade-II are also being conducted.
5. According to learned counsel since both the exams are being held on 18.2.2021, the petitioners will have to forego one of the examinations, which would adversely affect their rights.
