JUDGMENT
Pushpendra Singh Bhati, J. - In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
2. The petitioner has preferred this criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.24/2021 registered at Police Station Kotwali Pali, District Pali for the offences punishable under Sections 192, 217, 218, 219, 420, 408, 409, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute in question is of civil consequence and a belated report.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner wants to submit a representation alongwith all the relevant documents before the concerned investigating authority to redress the issue.
5. Learned Public Prosecutor assures this Court that if the petitioner submits a representation along with all the necessary documents before the concerned investigating authority within a period of ten days from today, then the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law, before completing the investigation.
6. In light of the aforesaid assurance given by learned Public Prosecutor, the present misc. petition is disposed
