1. In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.

2. These criminal revision petitions have been preferred claiming the following reliefs:

Revision No. 387/2020:

"It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed, that this petition of the Petitioner may very kindly be allowed, and order dated 29.02.2020, passed, learned family court judge sriganganagar in criminal case no. 394/2018 shall be quashed and set aside."

Revision No. 582/2020:

"Therefore, it is most humbly and respectfully prayed that your lordship may kindly be pleased to accept and allow the Revision Petition of the petitioner and order dated 29.02.2020 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Sri Ganganagar in Criminal Misc. Case No. 394/2018 titled as Smt. Dr. Kavita & Anr. Vs. Sunil Kamra may kindly be ordered to be modified by way of enhancing the maintenance as claimed by the petitioners in this application under Section 125Cr.P.C."
