ORDER :
1. The present writ petition is directed against the order dated 02.02.2021, passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat, Bikaner deciding the petition under Section 22C of the Legal Services Authority Act, 1987 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act of 1987’) filed by the petitioner.
2. In the petition before the Permanent Lok Adalat, the petitioner had claimed following three reliefs:
(ii) The authorities be directed to construct wall to wall CC Road.
(iii) The respondents be bound down to carry out regular cleaning of the area.”
3. After considering the reply and hearing the rival counsel, the learned Permanent Lok Adalat disposed of the petition vide its order dated 02.02.2021, while observing that the regular cleaning of the area is being done and the relief claimed against non-applicant No. 5 (Doctor running the clinic) did not fall within the ambit of services defined in Section 22B of the Act of 1987.
4. This matter was listed yesterday, i.e. 17.11.2021, and after hearing learned counsel substantially, this Court had observed that prima-facie the award passed by the Permanent
