JUDGMENT

Arun Bhansali, J. - Counsel for the petitioner submits that a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Laxmi Kanwar vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors. : S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10048/2021, wherein identical issue was raised by the petitioner therein, has passed order on 05.08.2021 exparte and, therefore, similar order may be passed in the present case.

2. The Coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Laxmi Kanwar (supra) inter-alia observed and directed as under:

    "By way of this writ petition, the petitioner is claiming that the agricultural land held by her is falling under the command area, but despite making several representations, the irrigation facilities have not been provided to the said land by the respondents.

    Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that similarly situated persons have also approached this Court by way of filing various writ petitions and this Court from time to time has disposed of those writ petitions while granting liberty to the petitioners of those writ petitions to file appropriate representation before the irrigation authorities concerned and further directions were also given to consider the representations of the said similarly situ
