This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner on 2.5.2003 against the respondents with the prayer that by an appropriate writ, order or direction, the impugned order dated 25.4.2003 (Annex.8) passed by the respondent No. 2 Registrar, Mohanlal Sukhadiya University, Udaipur by which the services of the petitioner were not extended after 31.3.2002 and the impugned show cause notice dated 31.1.2003 (Annex.6) issued to the petitioner by the respondent No. 2 Registrar, Mohanlal Sukhadiya University, Udaipur be quashed and a set aside and the respondents be directed to absorb the petitioner on the regular vacant post of Assistant Professor.
