(2). Petitioner has preferred this writ petition challenging the order dated 18th February, 2005 (Annexure-4), passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Jaipur, dismissing his appeal against the order dated 23rd June, 2001 (Annexure-3) passed by the Authorized Officer, Zone-B-1, Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur, whereby, the Authorized Officer passed an order under Section 90-B of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 (hereinafter shall be referred to as the Act of 1956) read with Section 63 (1)(ii) of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 (hereinafter shall be referred to as the Act of 1955) terminating the tenancy rights and resumption of the disputed land.

(3).
