2. It is an admitted fact that on 15.12.2011 the petitioner filed a complaint under section 190 Cr.P.C. for offences under sections 379, 406, 384, 467, 468, and 120 B IPC before the ACJM No.7 Jaipur Metropolitan Jaipur. The ACJM on 16.12.2011 passed the following order :
