The appellants aforesaid were charge-sheeted and tried for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 341, 342, 382, 323, 147 148, 149, 504 Indian Penal Code by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in Sessions trial No. 14 of 2010 and vide its judgment dated 27.10.2010, they were acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 149 Indian Penal Code, but sentenced to undergo imprisonment for other offences as follows:-

1. 341/149 I.P.C. Simple Imprisonment for a period of one month and to pay fine of `500/- in default, to further undergo simple imprisonment for seven days.
2, 342/149 I.P.C. Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of six months and to pay fine of `1000/- in default, to further undergo simple imprisonment for one month.
3. 323/149 I.P.C. Simple Imprisonment for a period of six months and to pay fine of `1000/- in default, to further undergo simple imprisonment for one month.
4. 382/149 I.P.C. Rigorous Imprisonment for a period of five years and to pay fine of `5000/- in default, to further undergo simple imprisonment for three months.
