Tarlok Singh Chauhan, Judge The petitioner has approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with case FIR No.22/2014 dated 01.03.2014, registered under Sections 376, 506, 354-D of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station, Sadar Nahan, District Sirmaur.
2. The status report has been presented by the learned Additional Advocate General, wherein, it was alleged that the petitioner was not only a neighbour, but a distant cousin of the complainant and about six months back, the petitioner had allured the complainant by exploiting her poverty and assured that he would pay for her educational expenses and would obtain a loan for that purpose in case she accompanied him to the town. The parents of the complainant permitted the complainant to accompany the petitioner to the town.
3.It is the further case of the prosecution that initially the petitioner assured the complainant that he would get government grant for the educational expenses of the complainant, but after about one month the complainant was constrained to join the computer classes at Dadahu.
