JUDGMENT

Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J —Repeatedly, bail applications filed by the petitioner have been rejected by this Court. Cr.M.P.(M) No. 594 of 2017 was withdrawn by the petitioner on 18th May, 2017, another bail application being Cr.M.P.(M) No. 943 of 2017 was withdrawn on 24th July, 2017, yet another bail application being Cr.M.P.(M) No. 1139 of 2017 stood withdrawn on 8th September, 2017 and thereafter another bail application being Cr.M.P.(M) No. 1390 of 2017 was withdrawn by the petitioner on 5th December, 2017. Repeated withdrawal of these bail petitions only indicates that when the petitioner found the Court not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, the petitioner withdrew those applications.

2. As submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, there are no changed circumstances for grant of bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail petition filed by the petitioner is rejected. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
