1. The Accused, after compromising the entire matter with the complainant, have come up before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C., by invoking inherent powers, seeking quashing of FIR No. 108/2018 dated 16.6.2018, under Sections 354, 451, 323 and 506 read with 34 of IPC, in the file of Police Station, Dhalli, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, and all subsequent proceedings.
2. The present F.I.R. stands registered on the basis of information given by complainant, Smt. Anita Sood, who has been arrayed as respondent No. 2 in the present petition, and Mr. Jeet Singh, Advocate duly represents her.
3. FACTS: The gist of the entire case is as follows:
