JUDGMENT :
For the order proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice to the respondent.

Present petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 4.12.2021, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sundernagar, District Mandi, H.P., in Cr.MA No. 906 of 2021 in Criminal Appeal No. 150 of 2019, titled as Rajbir Singh Vs. Hem Singh, whereby application of the petitioner seeking extension of time for furnishing bail bonds and depositing amount in compliance of order dated 18.9.2019, has been dismissed.
3. Petitioner has been convicted in a case under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act by the trial Court and vide order dated 5.8.2019 has been sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for two years and to pay compensation to the tune of Rs. 13,00,000/- to the complainant for dishonor of cheque amounting to Rs. 10,00,000/-.
4. In appeal preferred by the petitioner, substantive sentence was suspended vide order dated 18.9.2019, subject to furnishing bail bonds and depositing of 20% of compensation amount within 30 days.
