2. The NIT prescribed in specific two conditions: firstly that the tenders of the defaulting contractors, whose names had recently been published in various newspaper will not be entertained till the outstanding-, got liquiclated/reconciliated; and, secondly the contractors/firms who had executed such nature of single work amounting to Rs. 50 lacs during the proceeding five years needed to submit the tenders.
