1. Petitioner present in person .

The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition, challenging the order of the learned Principal District Judge, Pulwama, passed on 05.09.2018 in civil appeal bearing File No. 17/A titled Zaffar Ahmad Mir & Ors vs Mst Shameema. In terms of the said order, the appellate court below while allowing the appeal filed against the order of court below i.e. Munsiff,
3. Pulwama passed on 11.07.2018, has set-aside the said order and the parties were directed to maintain the existing position on spot till final outcome of the suit. The learned Munsiff, Pulwama was directed to take up the matter on 27.09.2018 and expedite the decision of the case in view of the nature of the controversy having confronted the parties and make all endeavors to dispose of the suit expeditiously within six months from the date of receipt of the order.
4. The petitioner instead of pursuing the suit for seeking decision, has filed the instant writ petition, challenging the order of learned appellate court on the ground that same has been passed against law and has resulted in miscarriage of justice and is full of non
