This interlocutory application has been preferred under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 53 days in preferring this Letters Patent Appeal.
2. Having heard learned counsels for both the sides and looking to the reasons stated in this interlocutory application especially in paragraph nos. 6 to 14, there are reasonable reasons for condonation of delay. We, therefore, condone the delay of 53 days in preferring this Letters Patent Appeal.
3. Accordingly, I.A. No. 1313 of 2015 stands allowed and disposed of.

This Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order delivered by the learned Single Judge dated 22nd September, 2014 in W.P(L) No. 4639 of 2011, whereby, the writ petition preferred by the appellant was dismissed and, hence, the appellant (original petitioner) has preferred this Letters Patent Appeal.
5. Factual Matrix:
It appears that the appellant is the management and management had engaged respondent-workman on 10th October, 1979 as a daily wager.
Thereafter, the services of the respondent was terminated with effect from 25th June, 1983.
