Heard Mr. A.K. Kashyap, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellant, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned Addl. P.P. appealing for State and also Mr. Nilesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the informant on the interlocutory application bearing I.A.
