1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Husband is the appellant aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 08.12.2016 and 20.12.2016 respectively passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro in Title Matrimonial Suit No. 103 of 2012 whereby and whereunder the suit filed by the petitioner/appellant (husband) under section 13(1)(i-a) & (i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 read with Section 7 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 had been dismissed.
3. The case of the petitioner now appellant in brief, is that the petitioner and the respondent are legally married husband and wife, their marriage was solemnized on 25.11.2007 as per Hindu rites and custom. After marriage both the parties lived together as husband and wife at Bokaro but there is no issue. The respondent is a short tempered lady and from the very beginning her conduct and behaviour was not proper. The respondent was having no love and affection towards her husband and in laws rather she was reluctant for cohabitation in spite of all efforts made by the petitioner.
