Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.:
1. Heard Mr. R.P. Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Anup Kr. Agarwal, learned A.C. to G.A.-V appearing for the respondents.
2. The Steel Authority of India Limited has been brought under the purview of the Central Administrative Tribunal. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner is a contract labourer and as such it will be appropriate for the petitioner to move before the Labour Court / Industrial Tribunal.
4. It is on the petitioner to choose either of the remedy as mentioned above.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
