3. This criminal revision has been filed for setting aside the order dated 28.05.2014 passed by learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Seraikella-Kharsawan in Cr. Appeal No. 22/2012 arising out of Seraikella P.S. Case No. 97 of 2010 dated 03.11.2010 which corresponds to G.R. No. 888/2010 registered for offence under Sections 279 and 304A of the Indian Penal Code whereby the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Seraikella dated 17.01.2012 has been affirmed and for setting aside the judgment dated 17.01.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Seraikella in G.R. No. 888/2010 (T.R.
