JUDGMENT :
Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Satish Kumar Keshri, the learned counsel appearing for the State and Mr. Binod Kumar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P.No.2.
2. This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.
3. This petition has been filed for quashing of the entire criminal proceeding in connection with SC/ST Gumla P.S.Case No.05/2017, corresponding to G.R.No.710/2017 registered under section 354 of the IPC and section 3(i)(dha)/3(2)(ka) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
4. The F.I.R was lodged on the basis of written report of Rameshwari Oraon and the case was registered under section 354 IPC and section 3(i)(dha)/3(2)(ka) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
