JUDGMENT :

Ratnaker Bhengra, J.

The present appeal is directed against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 12.06.2003 passed in Sessions Case No. 124 of 1982 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. V, Deoghar, whereby and where under all the appellants were convicted under section 307 of Indian Penal Code and appellant no. 1,2,4 and 6 to 10 were convicted under sections 323 and 147 of Indian Penal Code. Further, appellant no. 3 and appellant no. 5 were convicted under section 324 and 148 of Indian Penal Code. All the appellants were sentenced to R.I. for 5 years under section 307 of Indian Penal Code and Appellant no. 1,2,4 and 6 to 10 were sentenced to 1 year R.I under section 147 of Indian Penal Code and for 6 months under section 323 IPC. Further, Appellant no. 3 and Appellant no. 5 were sentenced to undergo R.I for 2 years under section 148 of Indian Penal Code and R.I. and for 3 years under section 324 of Indian Penal Code. All the sentences were ordered to run concurrently.
