JUDGMENT :
Heard Mr. A.K. Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Satish Prasad, learned counsel for the State and Mr. Zaid Ahmad, learned counsel for the O.P. No.2
2. This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for quashing of F.I.R. including entire criminal proceeding in connection with Simdega P.S. Case No. 72 of 2021 registered under sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 506/34 of I.P.C. and under section 3(1)(x) of Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (SC/ST) Simdega.
3. Mr. A. K. Chaturvedy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that due to enmity the F.I.R. has been lodged under the penal sections as well as SC/ST Act. He further submits that the dispute is with regard to supply of electricity. He submits that now good relation has prevailed between the parties and the matter has been compromised.
4. Mr. Zaid Ahmed, learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 accepts the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners. He further submits that matter has been compromised between the petitioner and O.P. No. 2 and O.P. No. 2 does not want to proceed
