JUDGMENT :

1. Heard Mr. Sanjeev Thakur, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned A.P.P. for the State and Mr. Abhijeet Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the O.P. No. 2.

2. This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.

3. This petition has been filed for quashing of the entire criminal proceeding including the order taking cognizance dated 16.12.2013, in connection with B.S. City P.S. Case No. 323 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 1297 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro.
