C.R.P.No.15 of 2002:- This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order dated 02.11.2001 passed by the First Additional District Munsif, Pondicherry in I.A.No.1984 of 2001 in O.S.No.370 of 2001, partly allowing the Petition, ordering to implead the First Petitioner Devaradjou. In this Civil Revision Petition, the Plaintiffs are the Revision Petitioners.

C.R.P.No.283 of 2003:- Aggrieved over the order dated 02.11.2001 passed by the First Additional District Munsif, Pondicherry in I.A.No.1984 of 2001 in O.S.No.370 of 2001 declining to implead Canagame as Legal Representative of Govindaradjalou Naicker, the proposed parties have filed this Revision Petition.
