This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 24.06.1998 issued in No.Ma.Nee.2/4924/98 and quash the same and to direct the first respondent to promote the petitioner as Assistant Executive Engineer with effects from 24.06.1998 with all consequential benefits.
