This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for all relevant records relating to the impugned rejection order issued in No.ASR/CGA/649/1994/Pt/Dup/28 dated 22.7.2003 passed by the Deputy General Manager, (Administration) Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, O/o.
