JUDGMENT
1. In Second Appeals Nos. 1, 3 and 28 of 1887 : The memorandom of objections is not pressed.
2. The defendant will accept the patta in accordance with the terms found by the Subordinate Judge. Each party will pay his own costs in these appeals.
3. In second appeal 3 of 1887 : Exhibit G. shows that the memorandom of objections is not sustainable, as it is provided that if an excess crop is raised on single crop land besides the single crop, the tirva thereof shall be paid to the circar.
4. The defendant will accept the Patta as decreed by the Subordinate Judge. Each party to bear his own costs.
