On the petitioner producing the necessary particulars, as required by the first respondent, the first respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.01.2010 and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
