Judgment :-

1. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to withdraw O.P.No.1140 of 2009, pending, on the file of the First Additional Family Court, Chennai, and to transfer the same to any other Court of competent jurisdiction, at Trichy.

2. It has been stated that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized, on 07.06.2006, as per the Hindu rites and customs, at Boadinaickanoor, Theni District. After the marriage, the petitioner had started living with the respondent in her matrimonial house, at Vadapalani. A female child was born out of the wedlock, on 22.06.2007. Thereafter, certain disputes had arisen between the petitioner and the respondent. The petitioner had started living with her aged parents.

3. It has also been stated that the petitioner had no independent source of income. It is difficult for the petitioner to attend the hearings, before the First Additional Family Court, Chennai, in O.P.No.1140 of 2009, as she is living with her minor child at Trichy. She does not have any male member in the family to accompany her to the Family Court, at Chennai, to attend the hearings. In such circums
