2. Animadverting upon the fair and final order dated 02.04.2012 passed by the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Erode in I.A.No.277 of 2012 in A.S.No.30 of 2011, this civil revision petition has been focussed.
3. A summation and summarisation of the germane facts, in a few broad strokes, can be encapsulated thus:
(i) The revision petitioner herein filed the suit seeking the following reliefs:
To pass a decree in favour of the plaintiff and as against the defendants, declaring that the plaintiff is the absolute owner of the suit properties by virtue of registered sale deed dated 13.12.1995; restraining the defendants, their men, agents, etc., from in and in any manner either trespassing into the suit properties or disturbing the peaceful possession and enjoyment over the suit properties by the plaintiff by means of consequential permanent injunction; directing the defendants to pay the costs of the suit to the plaintiff."
