1. As the issue involved in all these Writ Petitions is one and the same, they are taken up for disposal together by a common order.

2. These Writ Petitions are filed challenging the auction notice dated 14.12.2007 vide Ref I.H.S./SICH/AOD/94 issued by the 2nd respondent, seeking to quash the same and for a consequential direction to hand over the above said plots to the petitioners to enable them to commence and complete the construction of residential houses within a time frame.
