1. The Petitioner has focused the instant Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus in calling for the records on the file of the third Respondent in regard to the provisional selection list of Chemistry Lecturers in Government Polytechnic College for the year 2010-2011 (published in website on 18.10.2012 pursuant to the advertisement dated 27.02.2012 in advertisement No.02/2012) and to quash the same. Further, he has sought for passing of an order by this Court in appointing him as Chemistry Lecturer.
