1. The petitioner's husband is the detenu herein, who has been branded as a Goonda and detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. Challenge is to the order of detention dated 07.08.2013 made in Memo No. 627/BDFGISSV of 2013 passed by the 2nd respondent under which the detenu has been branded as a Goonda.
