The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to direct the Second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 12.04.2012 and 17.04.2012 and consequently direct the second respondent to give appropriate direction to the third respondent to enquire into the complaints given by the petitioner dated 17.11.2011, 18.11.2011, 25.11.2011, 26.11.2011, 27.11.2011, 09.12.2011, 15.02.2012, 17.02.2012, 02.03.2012 and 08.03.2012 and as well the complaints filed against the petitioner.

2. The petitioner was appointed as President of Management Jumma Pallivasal and Correspondent of Iqbalia High School, Badlagundu. Subsequently, the order is being extended by Tamil Nadu Wakf Board. The Jumma Peria Pallivasal is an age-old Mosque situated at Batlagundu Main Road, Dindigul District and it is notified Wakf under the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board vide Registration number G.S.No.236/Madurai. The above said Jumma Periya Pallivasal Wakf owns various properties including educational institution and commercial complex etc., situated at Batlagundu.
