1. Actually the Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner against his wife and daughter. As usual, the revision petitioner and the respondent were happy couples at the start of their married life. A female child born to them brought them happiness. Thereafter, by quirk of events, the love between them now long last. It is being evidenced by the petitioner seeking permanent separation from his wife, in other words divorce.
2. Pending the H.M.O.P., she filed pendente-lite petition under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
3. It was contended before the trial Court that she is an earning member. She is well placed in life. This was brushed aside by the trial Court as it was not supported by evidence. The trial Court awarded Rs. 15,000/- to the wife and Rs. 5,000/- to the child as monthly maintenance and Rs. 10,000/- to defray litigation expenses. The husband is not happy with this order. That is how he filed this revision.
