Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the impugned docket order dated 24.11.2015 passed in I.A. No. 2001 of 2015 in O.S. No. 101 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate's Court, Sriperumbudur.

2. The respondent herein as a plaintiff filed a suit in O.S. No. 101 of 2015 for permanent injunction restraining the defendant from interfering with the plaintiff's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the B schedule property, for permanent injunction restraining the defendant from preventing the access and entry of the plaintiff from and into the B schedule property for the purpose of inspection, to make changes, additions, alterations, repairs etc., in the B schedule property and also for mandatory injunction directing the defendant to remove the defendant's men and materials from the B schedule property and to handover the vacant possession of the B schedule property to the plaintiff and other reliefs.

3. During pendency of the suit, the plaintiff/respondent has filed an application in I.A. No. 2001 of 2015 under Order II Rule 2(3) C.P.C., to grant leave to the plaintiff to sue the defendant for the relief of recovery of arrears of storage/warehouse
