A1 and A3 in the Sessions Case No.89 of 2008, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri, are challenging their conviction and sentence.
2. The trial Court, while acquitting A-2 from a charge under Section 201 r/w Section 302 I.P.C. convicted and sentenced the appellants/A-1 and A-3 as under:
