The appellant in Crl.A.No.433 of 2015 is the Accused No.1 and the appellant in Crl.A.No.208 of 2015 is the Accused No. 2 in S.C. No. 229 of 2008 on the file of the III Additional Sessions Judge, Cuddalore at Virudhachalam. They stood charged for offences under Sections 302, 201 r/w 302, 392 and 201 r/w 392 of IPC.
