2. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for passing of an order by this Court in calling for the records of the Respondent calling for the records relating to the order of rejection passed in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.405/2016/T dated 23.01.2017 on the file of the respondent quash the same and direct the respondent to issue Community Certificate to the petitioner and her children viz., M.Sivaranjini and M.Kurmaran that they belong to Kurumans (ST) Community based upon the community certificate already issued to the blood relatives which were verified by the State Level Scrutiny Committee.

3. At the outset, it is to be pointed out that the petitioner belongs to Kurumans Community, which is a Scheduled Tribe Community. Her husband Murugan also belongs to Kurumans (ST) Community. He is an illiterate. However, the petitioner studied upto 10th Standard. They are agricultural coolies. They have two children, viz., M.Sivaranjini and M.Kumaran respectively.
