Challenge in this second appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 20.07.2004 passed in A.S.No.61 of 2003 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Virdhachalam confirming the judgment and decree dated 27.06.2002 passed in O.S.No.25 of 1996 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Neyveli.
