(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned proceedings of the First Respondent bearing Na.Ka.31973/2010/B2, dated 27.04.2016 culminating in the Third Respondent's impugned notice, dated 11.05.2016 (served on the Petitioner on 24.05.2016) issued to the Petitioner, quash the same and consequently direct the First Respondent to provide an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner as directed by this Court in its Order dated 03.12.2012 passed in W.P.No.31875 of 2012 before proceeding to take any decisions on the issues covered in the impugned proceedings.)
