1. Aggrieved over the judgment and decree dated 17.08.2007, passed in O.S. No.681/2004, on the file of the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court – I, Chengalpet, the plaintiff has preferred the First Appeal.

2. For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to as per their rankings in the trial Court.

3. Suit for partition, direction and profits.

The case of the plaintiff, in brief, is that she is the younger sister of the first defendant and they are the children of the deceased Devaraja Mudaliar and Chandra Bai and Devaraja Mudaliar died on 06.10.1973, his wife Chandra Bai died on 14.04.1981. The plaintiff and the first defendant are the only heirs of Devaraja Mudaliar and Chandra Bai. The defendants 2 to 6 are the daughters and sons of the first defendant.
