(Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to grant the petitioner a period of six months time (reckoning from today) to vacate the allotted house in Door No.B60/5 of the Government staff quarters situated at Race Course Colony, Madurai.)
Heard Mr.V.Angusamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Mahaboob Athiff, learned counsel appearing for the first and second respondents and Mr.Palaramasamy, learned counsel for the third respondent.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction upon the first respondent, Tamil Nadu Housing Board to grant her six months time to vacate the house bearing door No.B60/5 of the Government staff quarters situated at Race Course Colony, Madurai.
4. At the very outset, we wish to point out that it is not known as to under what circumstances, the petitioner, who was the 10(a)(i) employee, was granted allotment in the year 2014. To our knowledge, the rules do not permit the temporary employee for all
