ORDER :
PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent, dated 20.03.2018 in Na.Ka.No.30/Saa.pa./C.patt/2018 and quash the same and issue consequential direction to the second respondent to register any documents presented by the petitioners relating to their properties comprised in S.Nos.14/1A2, 14/1B, 14/4, 14/7, 14/10, 14/11, 14/12 and 14/13 respectively on due compliance of other legal norms relating to their respective properties which are previously comprised in S.No.14 without seeking 'No Objection Certificate' from the H.R. & C.E Department.
The petitioners state that they are the owners of the property comprised in S.Nos.14/1A2, 14/1B, 14/4, 14/7, 14/10, 14/11, 14/12 and 14/13. It is the case of the petitioners that the property comprised in this petition is the absolute property of the petitioners and that the seventh respondent herein has no manner of right or enjoyment to any portion of the property of the petitioners.
